In 1984, Nantong Textile Decoration Company has established. 

In 1986, it was the first in localization of textile especially for foreign hotels in China---it provided full support for Lhasa Hotel. 

In 1993, it established Sino US joint venture---Nantong Sidefu Textile Company. 

In 1997, it provided support for Shenyang Royal Marriott with Chinese bed linens---the luxurious five-star hotel managed by American Marriott Hotel Management Group.

On 15th April, 2016, Jiangsu Sidefu Textile Co.,Ltd. held its public listing ceremony in National Equities Exchange and Quotations. After that, its stock name is Sidefu and stock code is 834810. Announcing its public listing in Three new board successfully provides border platform and more opportunities for Sidefu and marks that Sidefu is developing rapidly in industry management and capital operation.
